We share the distances we are running, number of running groups and run leaders on our Instragram story each week. Routes are shared by run leaders in our private Whatsapp group.

We've lost count how many times we've been asked this but no, no one is ever too slow! We always ensure no one is left behind and we have groups to accommodate all abilities, this includes walk/ joggers. We have qualified run leaders and tail runners to keep you safe and supported.
- 05
Yes of course! We run rain or shine. In the winter months we adapt our routes to well lit roads rather than the off road paths we prefer in the summer. We rarely need to cancel a run in the winter but if we do this will be shared on our Instragram and in our private Whatsapp.

Firstly, congratulations on your new arrival! Its great to hear you want to get back in to running and we're here to support you but we always recommend being signed off by your GP or a women's health physio before joining us for a run. If you're not quite ready to return to running yet, we'd love to see you at our walking group!
