About the event
To get faster, you have to run faster and the track is perfect for this. During your structured sessions you will put in varying levels of effort over short distances. This builds your aerobic capacity and ultimately leads to lots of PBs!
You're putting in effort that is personal to you so this is open to all abilities - we promise there will be lots of support and encouragement for you.
